new bicingwatch features

There is a map of all stations available on api.bicingwatch.com. You can also see the same map on google. Currently there is no indication of the current state of a station, but you can see that on the bicing.com map anyway.

    Well, I guess it is best to contact BSM or ClearChannel. I never had contact with the people responsible for bicing and know nobody working there.
